This agreement sets out the trading Terms & Conditions of Service that apply to all K.K Prestige Property transactions, including online, phone and email. It also sets out the terms of use for all aspects of our website.

The words 'you' and 'your' refer to registered users, customers, resellers, associates, suppliers or general public visitors to our website.

We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Amendments are posted in the online news facility and welcome page and take effect immediately after posting, except as stated below. This agreement may otherwise be amended only through a written request from you (signed) and agreed to by us (signed). This online merchant is located in Australia.

This agreement is effective from 1 July 2018.

All material, including but not limited to text, images, multimedia, advertisements and downloadable content, is published by us and made available to audiences worldwide. If you access this website from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and must comply with the rules and regulations enforced in your jurisdiction.

You agree that different Terms & Conditions apply to local (Australian) and international customers.
